What is your service call or diagnostic fee? Is that fee applied toward the cost of the repair?
The initial diagnostic fee is $79 for residential service and $149 for commercial service. This fee is always waived and applied toward the cost of the final repair if you choose to hire us for the service.
How is the price of the repair determined, and do you charge by the hour?
We operate on a fixed-price per repair model and do not charge an hourly rate. We will provide you with a straightforward, upfront price for the total job, covering both labor and parts, before any work begins. For reference, most of our repairs involve a labor cost of around $245, plus the cost of any necessary parts.
